Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

As an added value to our customers, we offer service agreements which include some great benefits.
Some of the benefits are:
  • Faster response times when our services are requested.  We guarantee response times for emergency requests within 4 hours.  However, most emergency requests are fulfilled within 1 to 2 hours.
  • Availability of our technical services outside regular business hours.
  • A special access number for emergency service requests outside our regular business hours.
  • Discounted rates on our services.
  • Temporary replacements of malfunctioning equipment at no charge for the customer in most cases.
